  • Individual sessions with Susan have given me such an insight into my body. I am definitely more aware of where I am in space and find myself utilizing the natural curves of my body in yoga thus allowing old injuries to heal and prevention of future issues in my body that I can bring into simple every day activities. I am truly grateful to have Susan as both a teacher and mentor.

  • I have been doing Bowspring on and off for about 8 years, and Susan has been my teacher for much of that time. During the pandemic, I signed on to Village Well for some virtual classes and I am so glad that I did! Because of Bowspring, I am so much stronger in all parts of my body, I feel better, and I think I am actually a little taller! Bowspring is not always easy, and doing what seems like the most mundane movement can make me sweat, but it is absolutely worth it. Susan and the other Village Well instructors know their stuff, and watch the camera to make sure that I am doing poses correctly. I cannot say enough good things about this practice, and these teachers. I encourage everyone to give it a try.  You and your body will be so glad that you did.

  • I really needed today's class.  I felt immediate relief in my pelvis with that SI adjustment.  My hips feel better and my hamstrings got a workout using the support of the ball.  I'm glad I made it to class even though I was busy. Thanks!
